Upon completing the screening survey, you have the option to share your results with healthcare providers, clinics, employers, public health services, or other relevant parties.</p>

<p>In addition to the screening survey, you now have the choice to participate in an optional public health risk assessment survey. This survey aims to provide real-time situational awareness of COVID-19 activity in communities and regions, aiding researchers in determining how and when to mitigate the impact of the virus.</p>

<p>You have the flexibility to share your results using various formats such as email, text message, or AirDrop.</p>
