Your responses and assessment results are kept securely stored on your iOS device. Upon completing the screening survey, you have the option to share your results with healthcare providers, clinics, employers, public health services, or other relevant parties.

In addition to the screening survey, you now have the choice to participate in an optional public health risk assessment survey. This survey aims to provide real-time situational awareness of COVID-19 activity in communities and regions, aiding researchers in determining how and when to mitigate the impact of the virus.

You have the flexibility to share your results using various formats such as email, text message, or AirDrop.
